You know that you live in a tropical area when you see IGUANAS roaming around! Here's what Sal routinely sees when he walks around FAU's campus in Boca Raton: 
They love to hang out at this lake area ... and there are LOTS of them! and some of them are BIG (think 4 or 5 feet long)!

oh my i don't know what i would do if i encountered one of those! pretty neat to admire from a distance though...lol!
